Ward was a born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 151976. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school for children of all ages. For her secondary education, Ward initially attended Ouachita High School, but then transferred into River Oaks High School during the summer following her junior year. Following her graduation she briefly attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward dropped out of high school when she was thirteen years old and began modeling. After a few years, she decided to also try acting. In the 1970s, she acted as an uncredited character in the show All My Children. A year later she was selected for the NBC primetime teen drama Malibu Shores. The morning soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the young Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999she began to pursue an acting career in the film industry, starring as The neurotic Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. The film, which was initially a financial failure in the cinema, and later on video-on demand (VOD), became wildly well-known. Ward was a cameo on Shallow Hal - a smash movie the following year. She has also acted in several other direct-to DVD films and has made guest appearances on various television shows including Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother of a girl who is in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In her private life she was the wife of David C. Robinson. They had a son called Cameron.
